Entry instructions & rules

Sponsor and eligibility

This celebration is sponsored by Catreina, the owner of the Catreina streams on Twitch and Kick, and owner of the YouTube channels @Catreina and @CatreinaVODs, and is based in Placer County, California. Entrants must be at least 18 years old. Members of Catreina’s immediate family are excluded. Participation must be lawful where the entrant lives and is void where prohibited.

Entrants outside the direct grand-prize delivery region may participate for the gift-card substitute prizes described below. Gift-card rewards are delivered through Tremendous and must be redeemable in the entrant’s country. Tremendous currently prohibits recipients in Afghanistan, Belarus, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Myanmar, North Korea, Russia, Syria, Ukraine, Venezuela and Yemen. These provider restrictions also apply to eligibility. See Tremendous’s recipient restrictions.

No purchase is necessary. Purchases, subscriptions, Bits, donations, channel points, memberships, follows, and watch time do not provide extra entries or improve an entrant’s odds.

Celebration dates and entry windows

• Ten draw dates selected privately from October 11–31, 2026. Each selected date is announced through the go-live social posts and via a Discord announcement when its entry window opens; future October dates are not published in advance.
• Every draw date from November 1–30, 2026 is eligible. November 2–16 is the central Partnerversary celebration.
• Daily entries open at 7 PM Pacific on the preceding evening, close at 5:50 PM Pacific on the draw date, and are drawn starting at 6 PM Pacific. For example, November 1 at 7 PM opens entries for the November 2 draw. Crossing midnight does not give a second entry for the same draw date.
• Weekly periods run Monday–Sunday, based on the entry’s draw date. Weekly draws begin at 6 PM Pacific on Sundays, after the daily draw has been resolved. The last weekly draw is November 29. Partial weeks contain only eligible campaign dates.
• November 30 entries count toward the final daily and grand-prize pools only. There is no extra weekly prize for November 30.
• The final email and postal receipt deadline is November 30, 2026 at noon Pacific. Twitch entries for November 30 close at 5:50 PM. The final daily draw and the BG3 and Forever grand-prize draws begin at 6 PM Pacific on November 30 and are completed sequentially.

All dates and times use California local time (America/Los_Angeles), including the daylight-saving change. Entry dates refer to the scheduled draw date, rather than the calendar date on which a preceding-evening entry was submitted. Delayed draws and outage recovery follow the procedures below.

Enter in Twitch chat

1. Read these rules and confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements.
2. During the eligible draw date’s open entry window, type !enter in Catreina’s Twitch chat. The bot confirms your counts. No purchase, subscription, follow or channel-point redemption is required.
3. Return for each eligible draw date you want to enter. Repeating the command during the same draw date’s window does not add another entry. Going quiet or disappearing from the chatter list does not remove a saved entry.

Limit: one entry per person per eligible draw date, regardless of account or entry method. That entry also counts toward the corresponding weekly pool if it has not yet been drawn, and toward the grand-prize pools. November 30 counts toward daily and grand prizes only. Maximums are one daily entry, seven weekly entries and forty overall entries. Partial weeks have fewer available entries. Multiple accounts cannot bypass the per-person limit, and attempts to do so are subject to disqualification of all affected entries.

Each accepted eligible-date entry is a separate ticket for its weekly and grand draws. Odds depend on the number of eligible tickets in the relevant pool. Following, subscribing, and spending of bits or channel points have no effect on an individual’s number of tickets. Random selection uses the saved eligible entry pool; it does not require the entrant to remain on a viewer or chatter list.

For each requested entry, identify the specific eligible draw date, your Twitch username, your country of residence and confirmation that you are at least 18 and meet these eligibility rules. The Twitch account is verified privately through Discord so entries from different methods can be matched and any prize can be claimed in Twitch chat. Do not include payment, government identification or sensitive personal details in the initial entry request.

Both email and postal entries must be received by 5:50 PM Pacific on the requested draw date to qualify for that daily draw. If received afterward, a dated request retains eligibility for that week’s draw if received before the weekly draw, and for the grand draws if received by the final November 30 noon cutoff. It does not retroactively enter a completed draw. A request for a particular date counts only for that date; there is no blanket request that automatically enters all ten October dates. All methods share the same daily, weekly and overall limits.

The final November 30 noon receipt cutoff applies to both email and postal entries, including that date’s daily entries. Twitch entries remain open until 5:50 PM that day. Catreina processes all timely received alternative entries before drawing the applicable pool; receipt time, rather than processing delay, determines eligibility.

Daily prizes and the hidden Bits bonus

The daily Tremendous gift-card reward begins at $10 USD. Each qualifying subscription adds $1 USD to its base value while the daily contribution window is open. A hidden target from 500 to 1000 Bits is chosen at random at the start of each eligible day. The final prize value is recorded before drawing.

• Cumulative Bits reaching or passing the target unlock a 1.5× daily multiplier.
• A single Cheer equal to that day’s hidden target unlocks a 2.5× daily multiplier instead. It can upgrade an already-unlocked 1.5× bonus.
• Multipliers replace each other; they do not stack or repeatedly multiply the prize. Later qualifying subscriptions increase the base value, and the active multiplier applies to that updated base.

Example: a $20 USD daily base becomes $30 USD at 1.5× or $50 USD at 2.5×. The supporter who triggers a bonus receives no additional entry or preferential chance. Qualifying support includes Twitch subscription types, Prime subscriptions, renewals and each gifted subscription; Kick subscriptions, YouTube memberships, Kick “kicks,” YouTube Super Chats, and Super Stickers do not contribute to any prize value or entry. Duplicate event notifications are counted only once.

Weekly game prize

Each weekly prize is one digitally delivered game selected from a curated list, with a budget starting at $50 USD. Each qualifying subscription during the weekly contribution window adds $1 USD, up to a $150 USD budget cap. The weekly subscription count  displayed continues increasing after the cap. The prize is one game inclusive of available downloadable content (DLC), not a cash payout of any unused budget. The game is selected with the verified winner for their platform and region within the recorded budget.

Grand-prize delivery regions

For direct grand-prize delivery, the campaign’s NA/EU region includes the United States, Canada, Mexico, the United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland and all 27 EU member countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

Eligible winners outside that region receive the corresponding complete Tremendous gift-card substitute below. All advertised dollar amounts are USD. Tremendous presents available local redemption options; a payout redeemed in another currency is converted under Tremendous’s currency-conversion terms.

Grand prizes

• One Baldur’s Gate 3 grand prize: in the NA/EU region defined above, the winner receives the physical Collector’s Edition contents and box, with a Deluxe PC edition game key placed inside the shipped box. Outside that region, an eligible winner receives $575 USD through Tremendous as the complete substitute prize; a separate game key is not added to that substitute.
• Two World of Warcraft: Forever grand prizes: each NA/EU winner receives the digital Forever Collection ($80 option) plus 12 months of game time, delivered for the winner’s compatible account region. Outside that region, an eligible winner receives $200 USD through Tremendous as the complete substitute prize.

A person may win the Baldur’s Gate 3 prize and one World of Warcraft: Forever prize, but cannot win both Forever prizes. Winning a different prize does not otherwise erase their saved entries.

Catreina covers BG3 prize fulfillment, shipping and customs charges throughout the direct-delivery region. Other game prizes are delivered digitally. Winners are responsible for their own applicable prize taxes. Delivery and account details are arranged privately through Discord after eligibility is verified.

Selection, five-minute claims and redraws

1. Catreina freezes the eligible pool for that prize and announces a randomly selected Twitch username.
2. The selected entrant must type !claim using that account in Catreina’s Twitch chat within five minutes. Kick and YouTube chat cannot accept a claim. A claim at or after the active deadline is too late, except where Catreina has restarted the deadline under the outage procedure below.
3. A timely claim is recorded, then age, location, account identity and delivery eligibility are checked privately through Discord. Catreina and the selected entrant each have 48 hours to respond to the other party’s verification communications. A selected entrant is not a confirmed winner until the checks pass.
4. An unclaimed selection is excluded only from that particular prize’s redraw. Their entries remain eligible for other prizes. Catreina redraws from the remaining eligible tickets for that prize.

Being selected does not entitle an ineligible entrant to a prize. A selection that cannot be verified or fails the response requirements is excluded only from that prize’s redraw; entries for other prizes remain saved. Each redraw uses the same frozen pool, with excluded selections removed. Prizes are drawn one at a time: a pending selection must be confirmed or excluded before another prize is drawn.

Outages and delayed draws

If Catreina is offline or inaccessible at a scheduled draw time, the draw is completed as soon as able. Missed draws are completed in scheduled order. An outage affecting an active claim window does not automatically forfeit the selected entrant’s opportunity: Catreina manually restarts the claim deadline when access is restored and announces a fresh five-minute claim window. Claims within that restarted window are accepted even when the original deadline has passed.

Confirmed results and privacy

Use !winners in Twitch chat for the latest confirmed result and a link to the public winner list. The list contains public Twitch usernames, prizes and confirmation dates only. Public winner usernames remain on the website indefinitely.

Entry information is kept only until the last applicable draw, including any redraw or delayed draw, is completed; it is then deleted. Private winner verification and fulfillment information is retained for six months. Contact details and shipping information are handled privately and never published in chat or on the winner list. Tremendous handles reward-redemption information under its own privacy terms.
